THE HAND CREAM 300ML & THE HAND WASH 300ML

The best hand cream I’ve ever used. I have extremely dry hands during winter as they don’t really tolerate the cold weather and the redness is even worse after using all the hand disinfectants and surgical scrub soaps. This hand cream saved my hands and the hydration effect last for days. As a medical doctor and after many hand creams that I’ve tried, this one is by far the best.

The ingredients are also something I always look at for any product I applied on my skin. Pestle and Mortar is an incredibly clean brand.

Dramatic but genuinely this is the first liquid hand wash I have totally fallen in love with, my eczema is worst on my hands and this has legit been a game-changer for me & the hand cream is better than most moisturisers I’ve used !! Love that I can use this product even when my skin is flaring and it’s still as gentle & as soft as ever!

I have suffered severe eczema since birth with regular flare-ups every year and constant itching. I have been prescribed steroids by my GP and hospital dermatologists (topical and oral steroids)and antihistamines for my entire life and long-term usage of the steroids has thinned out my skin. I’ve tried practically every medicated skincare brand on the market also and I have never felt instant soothing relief until I began using the Essentials range – both hand and body. What amazed me was that even when I have an extreme flare-up with blistered seeping skin, I can still actually apply the body cream without any stinging sensation and after regular use I have seen one particular skin bump (which I had for nearly a year) disappear fully and my extra dry skin is now much softer. I do still get eczema as you can never cure it, however it is much more manageable and I have reduced my usage of steroids significantly. The hand wash and hand cream are lifesavers too as I am constantly washing or sterilising my hands and these products have managed to keep severe eczema at bay and my hands are now lovely and soft. I decant the hand cream into a smaller bottle to have in my handbag so it would be great if there were handbag sized bottles of Essentials Hand Cream too 😉 Thank you Pestle & Mortar for creating such wonder-products to help calm down my eczema!!
