How to use

What is the percentage of retinol used in Superstar?
In Europe we say 0.2% retinol is used in Superstar and in the USA we say 2% retinol is used in Superstar. 0.2% is the content of active retinol material. In Europe we use the actual content whereas the US/FDA use the raw material content.
Can I use Superstar while pregnant / breastfeeding?
Superstar is not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding as it contains Vitamin A. If you are pregnant and have any concerns please consult your doctor. A full list of ingredients can be found above and on the product packaging.
My skin is oily. Will Superstar make it oilier?
No. Superstar is formulated with a unique blend of cold-pressed, organic and steam-distilled oils that act to rebalance the skin’s oil production.
Should I use Superstar every day?
Superstar is suitable for daily use. You can use it every day or alternate days depending on how your skin feels. Some people introduce retinols slowly into their routine and build up frequency as their skin gets used to the new active ingredient.
Will my products that are in glass be ok without the outer cylinder?
Yes, we will wrap them in 100% recycled paper so that they are safe and secure.

I've been using this wonderful product for over 3 months now and the difference in my skin is like night and day. I have never received so many compliments on my skin like I have in the last month. I'm glowing! I was worried about skin reactions but I needn't have, I only reacted positively. The product feels amazing on your skin and I cannot recommend it enough!

I have tried several A vitamin serums, this one is the best ever !!! It smelt into the skin and I often forget moisturiser afterwards simply because my skin doesn`t crave it.

Such a great product - I’m on my FOURTH bottle, I just love it so much. One bottle lasts around 10-12 ish months when used 3 times a week, which is great because I don’t need to worry about the retinoid expiring.
It evens out my skin tone, adds a lovely plumpness to my skin and I don’t have wrinkles since using it.
The only downside.
One of the things I love most about this brand is their commitment to sustainability, the amount of waste I generate matters a lot to me. But the new packaging, while laudable, is simply not as good. The oil squirts out unevenly and splatters the product, which is just a different kind of waste.
I save up to buy this product, I’m happy to, and I’m so proud to support a brand that commits to doing better, but this packaging needs some more work.

I rarely review anything but this. This is the ONLY serum I’ve ever tried that pretty much instantly changed my skin. Pores are reduced, skin glowing and just beautiful skin. I LOVE this product and will definitely repurchase! I’ve also bought the hyaluronic acid serum, and my skin feels plump and hydrated. I am now a big fan of pestle and mortar products and I think they’ll be a staple in my skincare routine. Can’t wait to try out some of the other products.

I have just bought this oil but not sure if I should put my moisturizer on after the oil and if yes, do I need to wait before putting the moisturizers on or should I put moisturizer on straight after applying oil ?
